COMMITTEE REPORTS
Jennifer Hill has updated the April Meeting Presentation of Augusta National on the website if you want to see it. You can also let Kendrick know if you would like it emailed to you. I wasn’t able to figure out how to send that big of a file on mail chimp to the whole membership, but happy to send individually!!
- The Mimosa year officially ends on June 30th, but this is our last meeting until the fall. Parker stated that Kendrick is so thankful to the board and committee chairs for all of their hard work and time spent making this past year a success. Specifically:
- Thank you to LOUISE for the beautiful new nametags for this years members and managing the hostess chart!!
- ○ Thank you to Alden Potts for keeping us informed about the Speech School garden and all the beautiful photos you shared throughout the year.
- ○ Thank you to Brittany for letting us know about everything happening at the Quarry Garden.
- ○ Thank you to Margaret Warren for maintaining our books!
- ○ Thank you to Kellie Spalding, Abby Echols, Shannan Hill, Alison Felton and Alice Phillips for taking good notes at our meetings for the minutes.
- ○ Thank you to Genie Gray and Amy Underwood for keeping us all in the loop by creating our Punchbowl meeting invitations!!!
- Thanks to Liles Thompson and Amanda Orr for collecting our membership dues and keeping
track of our attendance. - ○ Thank you to Jennifer Raulet and Mims Hill for planning interesting and informative programs this year—Especially our joint garden club meeting with Lady Henrietta Churchill
- ○ Thanks to Wawa Hines and Rae Knox for hosting a lovely luncheon for our new members back in August.
- ○ Thanks to Sarah McElroy and Mary Mac Southerland for leading our Amaryllis project.
- ○ Thank you to Jennifer Hill for her technical savvy work and the many hours she spent on website.
- ○ Thanks to Esther Garges for managing all the information we received from the Garden Club of Georgia and keeping us informed.
- ○ Thank you to Sarah McElroy for keeping us in line with the by laws as the Parliamentarian.

- Kendrick says thank you so much to Parker for answering all the questions ALL year!!!! And to Jinny for all her advice as well as other past presidents.

- Kendrick will officially pass the gavel to Louise at the September meeting! Louise is going be such a FUN and FABULOUS PRESIDENT!!!!
