Quarry Garden – Shannan Hill 

The quarry is lush… fresh green leaves and new flowers. Tentative work day 9-11 next Wednesday. Sending around a sign up.

Speech School – Parker Tekin

Garden looks great, enjoying the planters, graduations, Popsicles on the playground, and staff are enjoying the space, and they are very grateful.

President – Louise Moore

Take this opportunity to thank the board. Some of the jobs are harder than others. I can’t thank you enough for all that you’ve done. Betty Maddox, for a very generous party donation. Incredible that members make donations. Another large anonymous donationthat was great, too. Lyles also donated  all of the alcohol for the party. Thank Lyles when you see her. Party recap – standing ovation for Abbey! An amazing evening!!!! The flowers were incredible!!!

A personal thank-you from Louise for making it a great year! Could the Christmas party and Mahjong in May be repeat events? Hopefully not reinventing the wheel on the Spring party. Had to put some sticky things in place regarding attendance and dues.

All present voted in favor of the dues increase.
